At The Impact Organization, we’re committed to uplifting youth in underserved communities by walking alongside them with mentorship, career exploration, emotional resilience training, and future-focused goal setting. We support young men as they grow into confident, capable leaders—nurturing their minds, hearts, and bodies for success in today’s world. For young women, we use the power of flag football to build confidence, teamwork, and life skills, creating space for growth on and off the field. Our mission is to equip every young person we serve with the tools, support, and belief they need to thrive.

Our vision is to empower young men and women through mentorship, guidance, and meaningful opportunities that foster personal growth, academic success, leadership, and emotional resilience. We’re especially committed to uplifting young women through the unique power of sports like flag football, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and purpose. By surrounding youth with positive role models and equipping them with the tools they need to navigate life, we aim to prepare the next generation to lead, thrive, and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

What We Do

The work we do requires many tools. We have a great opportunity to turn the tide on generational problems that have impacted our communities for way too long. The Impact Organization knows we are called for such a time as this to fulfill the purpose and mission we have been given, but WE ALSO NEED YOU!!
As a 501 c3, when you take the time to make your tax-deductible donation those proceeds will go towards many things such as feeding our children, providing therapeutic support, providing mentors, outings and events for our children and mentors, and cultural immersion activities that can truly make the difference for our kids. About Us
It’s heartbreaking to see young men suffer due to a lack of emotional resilience and a sense of belonging in our society. The Impact Organization is a non-profit organization that aims to fill these gaps and make a positive impact on the lives of young men. We understand that an individual’s success is not only measured by their test scores but also by their emotional well-being and sense of belonging. A recent study conducted by Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools revealed that over 47% of young black and brown men feel a sense of apathy towards school and their future due to not feeling like they belong. At the Impact Organization, we believe every child deserves to feel valued and included, and we strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment for them to thrive.
