About Impact Organization
Saturday School Empowerment
The Impact Organization proudly hosts monthly Empowerment School Sessions from September to May for boys ages 7–18. Each session begins with a warm breakfast to build community and connection. Students engage in dynamic courses focused on emotional resilience, Black history, and STEM education, all designed to strengthen character and curiosity. Empowerment School is more than a program—it’s a space where young men grow, learn, and build the tools for a brighter future. Come see the impact for yourself!
Girls Flag Football program
Our program is designed to empower young women in high school and college through the discipline of sport, leadership development, and teamwork. On the field, athletes build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose that carries into every area of life. Through competitive play and community, they learn the value of collaboration, accountability , and self-belief. This program is more than a game—it’s a movement to shape strong, driven women ready to lead on and off the field.
What We Do

Trips & Events
Another function of our non-profit is hosting field trips focused on college and career readiness for both young men and women. Students participate in college tours, flag football tournaments, leadership conferences, and community service projects that strengthen their vision for the future. These experiences help them develop dynamic goal management skills, expand their networks, and explore real-world opportunities. Through mentorship and service, they learn the value of giving back while preparing to lead with purpose.

Parents Support & School Check In
The Impact Organization goes beyond serving only our young men — we are committed to the growth of both young men and young women, including through our girls flag football program that builds confidence, teamwork, and leadership. We work diligently with all stakeholders, especially parents, who are the foundation of a child’s success. When parents feel supported and empowered, their children thrive. That’s why we conduct monthly check-ins with parents, offering life support, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions that align with their personal growth and their children’s development.

Data Collection
Lastly, we collect comprehensive data that helps our organization discover potential gaps of learning and socio-emotional intelligence. By using comprehensive means and mentorship we are able to help students narrow those gaps as they build grit and strengthen their overall emotional health.
